| Product description | Polyacrylic Acid (PAA) is a non-toxic, water-soluble polymer with a slight almond odor. It exhibits excellent stability in alkaline environments and high-concentration water systems without scale precipitation. The product features outstanding dispersion performance, which can effectively disperse microcrystals and fine particles of calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, calcium sulfate and other calcium salts. It causes no obvious irritation to human skin, with safe and mild properties for industrial application. |
| Application | PAA is widely applied as a high-efficiency scale inhibitor and dispersant in multiple industrial fields. It is commonly used in circulating cooling water systems of power plants, iron and steel plants, chemical fertilizer plants, and refineries, as well as commercial air conditioning water systems. Additionally, it serves as a functional dispersing agent in papermaking, textile weaving, dyeing, ceramic manufacturing, and coating industries to improve product uniformity and prevent scaling and particle aggregation. |
| Directions for Use | The dosage of PAA should be adjusted flexibly according to actual water quality conditions and equipment material characteristics. For independent use in circulating cooling water systems, the recommended dosage range is 1–15 mg/L. Uniformly add the product into the water circulation system, and regular water quality monitoring is suggested to optimize the dosage and ensure stable scale inhibition and dispersion effects. |
| Packing | Standard industrial packaging specifications include plastic drums or IBC tote drums. Customized packaging can be provided according to customer requirements. The product shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, kept sealed and away from high temperature and direct sunlight to avoid deterioration. Shelf life is 12 months under proper storage conditions. |
