FOR PLAS-900, a cold-resistant plasticizer which has excellent heat resistance, weather resistance, and transparency. Compared to other cold-resistant plasticizers, this product demonstrates lower volatility, higher resistance to extraction, and superior electrical insulation properties. It has very similar performance with Lanxess Mesamoll.

Product Features

Excellent compatibility with PVC resin, low viscosity, good plasticizing properties, soft texture, minimal thermal aging loss in products, and resistance to leaching and migration.

Product Application

①Serves as a plasticizer for non-toxic PVC products used in food packaging, such as non-toxic beverage bottles, refrigerator seals, medical infusion tubes, and syringes.
② Suitable for thin films, artificial leather, and other products requiring weather resistance and cold resistance.
③Used with polyester plasticizer to improve the compatibility between polyester and PVC.
④In the formulations of various VC products, it is used as a stabilizer in combination with metal salt stabilizers to achieve synergistic effects and enhance stability.

180kg iron drums, 900kg IBC

Notes

Freezing point is -15 ℃ . After solidification, simply heat to above 25 ℃ for normal use without affecting product quality.
